The name of this window is Getting Updates, it is just like the given picture. Getting Updates checks all the updates that are available in Windows 10 then proceeds further.

Here I go with my old Microsoft account. When we click on the create a new Microsoft account we will see this window. Step 10 Now nearly everything is done. After this, your system will be restarted and you will see a window like this automatically. This window changes its color many times during the process. Here some apps are installed automatically that are available with Windows After completing this you will see the message Let's Start.
Step 11 This is the final step. Here you will see your Windows 10 Desktop. As you know, one new thing in Windows 10 is that now we must use the Start menu in Windows So here the Start menu is available for you. So finally you get the window like this.
